Burmese Army block Dar Latt Region of Ann Township

Burmese Army prohibit the civilians from carrying any goods to Dar Latt region of Ann township, Arakan, where there is the house of Western Regional Command of Burmese Army.

Now the the villagers, due to facing the difficulties and lacking their daily basic needs in the regions - Dar Latt Village and others nearby, would be leaving their villages very soon.

MP U Kyaw Lwin urges the Arakan State Government to solve the problems and concern the public safety. He also urges the ICRC and WHO to give support them imediately.

In December 2019, the clashes between Arakan Army and Burmese Tatmadaw broke out on near Dar Latt village along the shared border of Ann and Myebon townships, forcing more than 2000 locals to flee for their safety.
